The TDM 36K R2 is a fully automatic plant designed for pad printing onto the top surface of 28mm diameter soft drink bottle caps with a maximum throughput of 36,000 caps per hour, one color. Caps that are irregular concave, convex and flat can all be printed without compromise in image quality. Modern technology has been extremely concentrated into this compact maneuverable machine that combines low cost clichés with high production rates.

The TDM 36K R2 can print from one to four colors for unlimited graphic effects. It offers a hermetic sealed ink system that provides low emissions. Featuring the new high precision, numerically controlled 18 station rotary table‹with a rotation accuracy of - 0.02 mm‹the TDM 36K R2 is capable of single, double, triple and quadruple indexes. In addition, it has the ability to use low cost photo polymer cliché plates as well as the conventional 10 mm and 0.5 mm steel plates. Specific tooling enables easy reference for etching of clichés and precise print registration.

The TDM 36K R2 allows for quick and simple changeover time in just a matter of minutes. It can be mounted on wheels, making the complete system maneuverable to production location. It also has a stainless steel hopper and elevator supply fully integrated to the centrifugal bowl feeder.
