Photopolymer Plates
TOSH photopolymer plates are ideal for small and medium
runs, with the added advantage that they can be produced
in house with a minimal amount of training. An etched
plate can easily be made in a few minutes. They are very
useful for 4 color process, half tones and large solid
areas because it is possible to screen the etched image
up to 120 lines cm. Good, consistent quality is
guaranteed with this process.
TOSH PHOTOPOLYMER PLATE
STRUCTURE
TOSH photopolymer plates consist of a top layer of
photosentized material anchored by an adhesive layer to
a steel backed plate which allows the finished plate to
be easily affixed to a magnetic plate.

plates with varying thickness, price, hardness
developing process and size in order to guarantee its
customers the most suitable type of plate.

required.

Grey in color - it is a valid alternative in
price to the Elite Series plate. 20-30,000 prints can be
achieved. It is recommended for short runs.
One Step
