Pad Printing Equipment

TOSH pad printing equipment is all electric, with stepper motor drive. This feature affords the operator superior process control by enabling him or her to “fine tune” stoke speeds, distances and delays independently in each axis of motion.

TOSH pad printing equipment offers superior flexibility because each platform is available in a number of different configurations, each with the ability to communicate with numerous TOSH “plug and play” programmable part conveying accessories.

TOSH pad printing equipment offers a superior upgrade path because not only do you have the option of choosing the machine in a specific configuration initially, you can reconfigure your machine for different numbers of colors, print locations, part conveying accessories, and more.

TOSH pad printing equipment offers superior speed because we use synchronized motion. Instead of simply going up, down, back and forth like everyone else TOSH moves pads, parts, ink cups and cliché all simultaneously, saving you precision seconds per cycle.

TOSH pad printing equipment features a unique design that enables users to accommodate products that are too large to pad print with equipment from any other manufacturer. With TOSH you can pad print anywhere on a part, including different sides, levels and angles, in a single cycle, thus eliminating the need for costly multiple set-ups.

TOSH pad printing equipment is CE marked, which means that you can move them from one country to another without having to worry about recertification in most cases.
