introduce the TOSH Logica 08 Multi-Format Pad Printing
System.
The Logica 08 Multi-Format is the most advanced pad
printing system in the world. Engineered specifically to
provide fully automated manipulation of parts of various
formats for multiple-axis printing, the Logica 08 has
revolutionized pad printing in Europe.
Logica 08 Multi-Format can be configured to print in up
to ten colors, with the capability of using combinations
of open and closed ink systems and varying cliché sizes
for respective colors. Using TOSH's patented
programmable logic, the Logica 08 can print up to 60
impressions in a single cycle, with an accuracy of
+-.008 inch. In addition, the Logica 08 offers standard
TOSH controls including independent speed control in all
axes of motion, programmable delays in all axes of
motion, independently programmable pad stroke distances
for each color and/or axis, and multiple program memory.
Logica 08 Multi-Format has been utilized to print
products such as appliance panels, collectible trains,
ski boots, snow skis and poles, computer keyboards and
bezels, hand-held and countertop appliances, and
cellular phones.
The Logica 08 is well suited for use in "just-in-time"
manufacturing environments because of the rapid set-up
and change-over made possible with TOSH's image
pre-alignment system for polymer clichés
