1980 - Innovative Products and Equipment is founded. As a builder of custom machinery, IPE routinely integrated pad printing equipment into its automated machines.

1982 - TOSH opens with the vision of providing tampographic (pad printing), offset, screen printing, and hot stamping machines. Thus, TOSH is an acronym for those four processes.

1985 - TOSH introduces the first all-electric, stepper motor driven machine to the pad printing industry.

1989 - TOSH dedicates itself completely to pad printing machines and accessories.

1992 - TOSH opens a support office with the goal of development and perfection of machine designs, both standard and special order, to better respond to the growing national and foreign markets.

1997 - Innovative Marking Systems are founded as a sister company to IPE, and becomes the exclusive US distributor of TOSH pad printing equipment and supplies.

1998 - TOSH expands with the objective of better fulfilling the needs of clients by introducing a full line of quality consumables for pad printing.

2000 - TOSH forms a second satellite office with the goal of developing cutting edge electronics and software for pad printing.

2005 - Innovative Marking Systems expands it’s facility in Lowell, Massachusetts while Innovative Products and Equipment moves to a new facility in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts.

2007 - TOSH celebrates it’s 25th anniversary of it’s founding by renewing the Logica machines series, expanding it to 20 print heads with the modularity to be configured into hundreds of different formats.
