Polymer Cliches

Innovative Marking Systems can custom cut and punch photopolymer cliche blanks to fit all TOSH machines, as well as machines manufactured by Autoroll, Autotran, Comec (Pad Print Machinery of Vermont), Imtran, Kent, Printex, Tampoprint, TransTech and United Silicone.

Our high-quality photopolymer cliche materials are precision sheared and punched to meet your requirements with no additional charge. We package in packs of ten, with volume discount and case pricing available.

We have available four types:

Elite Series is our most durable. Red in color, Elite materials are 52 microns thick, require film and line screen exposures, and is developed in alcohol.

Printer Series is a less expensive, less durable alternative to Elite. Gray in color, Printer materials are 43 microns thick, require film and line screen exposures, and are developed in alcohol. After post-exposure Printer materials turn a light green in color.

Water Wash material is comparable in thickness (43 microns) and durability to Printer Series, however it is developed in water. Like Elite and Printer materials, Water Wash requires film and line screen exposures.

One Step material is our green, 30 micron thick, single exposure material. It is recommended for finely detailed images only, and not for images having large, solid areas of coverage.

We also offer etched thin steel and 10mm steel in TOSH and competitor sizes.
