1980 - Innovative Products and Equipment is founded. As a builder of custom machinery, IPE routinely integrated pad printing equipment into its automated machines.
1982 - TOSH opens with the vision of providing tampographic (pad printing), offset, screen printing, and hot stamping machines. Thus, TOSH is an acronym for those four processes.

Corona Treatment
Corona pre-treatment increases the adhesion of pad printing ink on certain materials. It is commonly used to polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) as well as other materials having a low surface energy.

Doctoring Devices
X Axis doctoring devices allow you to use sealed ink cups ranging from 60 to 350 mm in a diameter to print images that most sealed ink cup machines cannot accommodate.
Doctoring Rings & Blades
Blades are often considered to be the least important element in the pad printing process, with the open system. In fact, their characteristics determine print optimization and more importantly, the life of the etched plate.
Film Making System
The quality of the original artwork and film determine whether you succeed or fail in cliche making, since there is nothing you can do in the cliche making process to compensate for poor quality art and film. We offer art services, and we have a complete solution for laser printing your own film positives.
Flame Treatment
Flame pre-treatment also increases the adhesion of pad printing ink. Flame is better suited for larger treatment areas (more than 2-3 square inches).

Linear Conveyors
Linear conveyers are different from linear indexers in that they have multiple nesting fixtures in a continuous loop. This type of indexer is meant to be dedicated to a particular product or family of products, and is ideal for integrating feeders, pick and place mechanisms and other operations.
Linear Indexers
The concept of a linear indexer is simple: the operator loads a part in the "home." position and the indexer moves the part from one printing operation to the next, and back to "home." We can also "stack" multiple indexers to move parts in several axes simultaneously within the cycle.
Line Screen Films, Magnetic & Non-magnetic Plates
Suitable to obtain controlled depth on photopolymer plate and for screened depth on steel plate. Magnetic plates are used to hold thin steel or photopolymer plates on machines fitted with open ink tray system.
Oval Conveyors
Oval or "racetrack" conveyers bridge the gap between rotary tables and linear indexers. The main benefit of an oval conveyer is that they present multiple parts to the printer in a straight line, facilitating easy set-up.
Pad Cleaners
Automatic pad cleaners can be programmed to clean as often as you wish, or at the operator’s discretion. Available on all TOSH models.

Transfer Pads
